Ive had back pain for a few months now why?
I know no one can answer fully unless they are a doctor but would be greatful if anyone had any ideas?
For the past few months ive had pain all the time but sometimes its only abit noticable. the worst is when im sitting or laying down. My sister has spina bifida. Is there any chance i could also have it or would they have found it when i was younger?? We are close in age & i am only a tiny bit taller than her(5′3). I havent done any injury to my back but suddenly one day i had really bad pain & just hasnt gone away. Somedays i can have time when i hardly feel it where other times it can be really painful. I have been to my docs who didnt think anything of it & just advised to see a massager.
The pain is at the bottom on my spine & a tad on each side near the muscle. It could just be muscle pain but surely wouldnt last this long & be on my spine?? Its just abit above the tail bone. I have felt my spine & where the pain is i do have a slight curve instead of going straight down but unsure if this would be abmormal?
I ought to go back to my doctor but didnt want to keep going back if its only muscular which i can get something for….. Thanks!
